Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Pricing
All quotations are based on the discussed scope of work and may vary if requirements are changed later.
Design & Décor
Reference images from Pinterest or social media are used only for inspiration. Exact replication may not always be possible, especially in budget weddings.
Vendor & Venue Coordination
Vidhi Weddings works with trusted vendors and venues, but availability depends on booking dates and confirmation timelines.
Payments
Payment schedule:
- 50% advance for booking confirmation
- Remaining payment as per agreed timeline before the event
Delays & Changes
Last-minute changes may lead to additional charges and limited execution possibilities.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Advance Payment
Advance payments made for booking confirmation are non-refundable, as vendor blocking and preparation work begin immediately.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation:
- Any non-recoverable vendor payments or booking charges will be deducted
- Resort/vendor cancellation policies will apply separately
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to vendor and venue availability.
Refund Timeline
If any eligible refund applies, it will be processed within 7–14 working days.
